Jack Mangiafico was born in Hartford, Connecticut, and spent his early years in New England. Growing up, his family faced financial challenges, particularly during the 2008 economic downturn. When it was time for college, Jack took the initiative to explore affordable options, leading him to Florida, where he could benefit from lower in-state tuition and a supportive network of relatives. Starting his journey at a local community college, Jack balanced part-time studies and two jobs to fund his education. In 2016, he transferred to the University of South Florida, majoring in Finance with a focus on Asset Management. At USF, he excelled academically and socially, joining the Student Investment Committee as Lead Analyst for the Financials Sector and serving as Vice President of Kappa Sigma Fraternity. These roles deepened his commitment to service, fundraising, and community engagement, shaping his values. Jack began his financial services career with Morgan Stanley and later transitioned to Raymond James, managing $140M+ in assets and developing portfolio strategies.
